We are looking for someone who is as passionate as we are about making original designs with integrity while supporting a range of craftspeople in British workshops, including rattan weavers, metalworkers, precision engineers, saddlers, cabinet makers and chair makers.
If you are a Design Manager with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with strong organisation skills and high attention to detail with an appreciation for the highest quality craftsmanship and materials, we would love to hear from you.
Working alongside the Creative and Product Director you will lead the development of furniture and lighting designs from initial concept through to production handover. This role ensures that design intent is effectively translated into functional, high-quality designs that align with company objectives, whilst working to the launch critical path.
Ensuring the compliance of all products and ensuring our sustainability commitments are considered throughout the design process will also be a key part of this role.
