Covid-19 and How It Affects Our Showrooms

Between June 29th and September 1st our showrooms will be open, by appointment only. We are really looking forward to seeing you.

To help us keep you and our staff safe we kindly ask you to note the following restrictions during this period:

Please call or email us in advance to let us know that you are coming and the numbers in your party. We will be limiting the numbers of visitors to our showroom at one time to ensure that everyone has enough room to circulate freely.

When you come to the showroom, please wear a face covering. We will ask you to use our hand sanitiser and provide you with disposable gloves when you arrive.

Please observe current social distancing rules while you are in the showroom.

We would prefer that you do no sit on or touch furniture and lighting during your visit, but if you need to sit test or check particular details, please be re-assured that we will be using anti-bacterial hand wipes and furniture covers where needed. All our visitors and staff will be wearing disposable gloves when handling furniture and lighting in the showroom.

We ask that you wear disposable gloves to handle fabrics and wallpapers and to pick up samples that you are taking away with you.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you water, refreshments or the bathrooms except in an emergency.

Thank you so much for your understanding and we hope to be back to more normality in September.
