Jesmonite Painted – Brown
Jesmonite is a versatile and durable material made by combining natural minerals with water-based acrylic and resin, and as such there will be natural colour variation. It is similar to, but more robust than plaster.
Our brown jesmonite finish is hand painted by artist Sophie Coryndon in her Sussex studio, in the South East of England. It has been developed specifically with The Fungi Wall Lights in mind, to replicate the natural characteristics of a tree fungus. Please note that this finish is applied by hand and therefore will have natural variations in both colour and pattern, giving each piece its own beautiful individuality.
