19th century textile traders’ pattern books are a rich source of inspiration for antique fabrics, with ‘Musical Garden’ replicating a fragment from a French book of the 1830s. The joyful pattern is full of energy and life, and comes in just one colourway, a faithful reproduction of the original.

It is likely that this design would have been copperplate roller printed and so, in keeping with its origin Musical Garden is rotary printed with 8 colours.

All of our fabrics have passed the Cigarette FR test but will either need to be used in combination with a suitable FR interliner or backcoating to meet the relevant FR standards.
