David Netto – The Rattan Bad Kitty Shade
A charming bell-shaped shade designed by David Netto to complement his Bad Kitty Table Lamp, named for a cocktail at his favourite London restaurant, Kitty Fisher’s. David based the form on the Austrian architect Josef Hoffman’s 1920s ‘Standard Lamp’, which was created during the shift from gas to electric lighting. Made by craftsmen in Soane Britain’s Leicestershire rattan workshop, the shade it is available in a choice of rattan finishes and is compatible with all Soane Britain table lights.
This is an original Soane Britain design and as such is protected by registered design rights.
