Timber Stained – Pale Honey Oak

To retain the natural characteristics of the oak and enhance its warm colour, a grain filler is applied to prepare the timber before fine layers of stain are applied. A clear laquer enhances the natural characteristics of the grain, before being gently rubbed back with fine steel wool to create softness. Finally, the timber is sealed with a layer of beeswax. Due to the nature of this finish, please note that that our Pale Honey Oak will become more golden with age.
